These jurists will share practical tips and “do’s and don’ts” based on their collective years of experience on the federal bench. In response to your comments, this year’s program has been shortened to one day, making the tuition more affordable and minimizing time away from your practice. As in years past, we have assembled the area’s preeminent plaintiff and defense counsels to promote balanced perspectives on topics of interest to employment lawyers.
