The faculty includes leading enforcement officials from Europe, the United States, Canada and Korea. The symposium is a leading forum for lawyers, policymakers, corporate executives and academics to address current issues in competition law and policy. The symposium faculty will focus on the areas of greatest concern to multinational enterprises: international merger cooperation; the increasing private consequences of public cartel enforcement and the growing aggressiveness of public enforcement; the continuing search for consistent and predictable standards in assessing the legality of single firm conduct around the world; and the interface of antitrust and intellectual property.
