The 2008 Symposium faculty includes leading past and present enforcement officials from the United States, Europe and Canada. This symposium is a leading forum for lawyers, policymakers, corporate executives and academics to address current issues in competition law and policy. The faculty will focus on the areas of greatest concern to multinational enterprises: innovation and the regulation of dominant firms, merger developments, public and private enforcement of cartels, unilateral conduct and the interface of antitrust and intellectual property.
