In this course the participants will undertake a thorough examination of the best practice standards for Due Diligence. The methodology will focus on the use of real-life scenarios with ample use of hypothetical cases, incorporating due diligence performed for various types of transactions, including: mergers, acquisitions, financing, distribution agreements, and joint ventures.
