This program builds attorney skills necessary to lead, influence and collaborate with in-house and outside counsel. Participants will discover how their leadership styles impact the people they work with, their case teams and their own success. A key aspect of the course is Java Cantata vs. Lowman©, an intensive case simulation where in-house counsel and attorneys in law firms work together on a legal matter. Through this simulation they learn how they are perceived as leaders, team members, and advisors. Participants receive real-time feedback from both other participants and trained coaches. This is a highly effective way to hone strengths and receive help with leadership and team challenges.
The program’s extensive curriculum includes multiple assessment tests to inform participants of their leadership, team, influence and work styles, and the impact these styles have on others.
