Current Issues in Employee Benefits Seminar
Professor Serron LL.M Seminar 946 | 2 credit hours Covers Titles I (Labor), II (Tax), and IV (Insurance) of ERISA and executive compensation. Throughout the seminar, each student will work on a substantial research paper on a topic selected by the student in consultation with the professors. The students' work will be discussed in class and in individual meetings with a professor. Each student will present the results of their research to the seminar and lead a discussion on the topic addressed in their paper.
