Negotiations Seminar
Professor Lesser J.D. Seminar 317 | 1 credit hours This is an interactive seminar focused on several theories of negotiation as well as an exploration of the skills and techniques necessary for successful negotiation. Each student will participate in a negotiation simulation outside of class and will submit a written summary and analysis of the negotiation as the final assignment. There are no examinations. Students may not receive credit for both this seminar and the Negotiations and Mediation Seminar; or Contracts: Structure and Negotiations or Negotiations and Drafting Seminar. Full attendance and participation is required at all sessions, and students who cannot firmly commit to be at all sessions should not enroll. Class size is limited to 20 students.
