Emerging Trends in Global Health Law: The Role of the Private Sector
Professor McDonough LL.M Course 2027 (cross-listed) | 2 credit hours The private sector plays a significant role in global health, yet the roles and responsibilities of international, national, and local governments, non-governmental organizations, civil society, other non-state actors, and the private sector are not always clearly defined. This course will analyze existing global and international health governance frameworks, perceived governance gaps, and practical approaches to emerging global health challenges as they relate to the private sector and other key stakeholders.
