Graduate Independent Research with Professor Serron - Current Issues in Employee Benefits
LL.M Skills 864 | 2 credit hours
Covers Titles I (Labor), II (Tax), and IV (Insurance) of ERISA and executive compensation. Throughout the GIR, each student will work on a substantial research paper on a topic selected by the student in consultation with the professor. The students' work will be discussed in individual meetings with the professor.
