Federal Indian Law Seminar
Professor Reid Chambers J.D. Seminar 213 | 2 credit hours This seminar examines the body of law dealing with the status of the Indian tribes, their special relationship to the federal government, and the governmental policies underlying it. It will also focus on the legal interrelationships among tribal, state, and federal governments, tribal gaming and economic development, and tribal rights to natural resources.
