Patent Licensing Seminar

This seminar examines the basic elements of a patent licensing transaction and is designed to provide those who intend to specialize in the field with the background needed to structure, draft and negotiate limited purpose agreements such as confidentiality and invention agreements and a patent license. Students will complete a series of assignments which will involve drafting simple and more complex license agreements.
Prerequisite: Patent Law.
