Judgment and Decision Making Seminar
Professor Judith Areen J.D. Seminar 352 | 3 credit hours This seminar uses case studies, legal materials, and social science studies to analyze effective decision making and problem solving. The focus is on how best to approach and resolve the problems lawyers face in practice, whether in the private sector or in government. The goals of the course are to improve students' judgment, strengthen their problem solving skills, and increase their creativity.
