International Negotiations Seminar
Professors Samuel Bleicher and Eldon Greenberg LL.M Seminar 958 (cross-listed) | 2 credit hours Examines the concept and technique of international negotiations, including substantive aspects of international agreements. During a portion of class time, the seminar will divide into teams for simulated negotiations, including transnational negotiations between private commercial parties and with governments. Students may not receive credit for both this course and the J.D. course, International Negotiations Seminar (LAWJ-240) or International Business Negotiations. First class attendance is mandatory.
