Law of Cyberspace
Professor Michael Songer J.D. Course 267 (cross-listed) | 3 credit hours This course examines legal and policy issues arising from the Internet, with an emphasis on three broad areas: (1) the impact of the Internet on traditional legal causes of action; (2) government regulation of the Internet; (3) international aspects of the Internet and the interplay among United States and foreign jurisdictions.
