Antitrust and Intellectual Property Seminar
Professor Pitofsky J.D. Seminar 042 | 3 credit hours This seminar will examine the unresolved issues at the intersection of the “New Economy” and conventional antitrust principles. A major challenge of the next decade is to identify policies that will allow a market economy to thrive as it increasingly depends on products and services that are the embodiment of ideas. The seminar will probe ways in which conventional antitrust policy needs to adjust in order to play a useful role in the intellectual property revolution.
