World Trade Organization: Agreements, Negotiations & Disputes (Formerly: World Trade Organization: Texts of Agreements and the Doha Round of Negotiations)
Professors David Christy and C. Christopher Parlin LL.M Course 872 | 2 credit hours The course analyzes the World Trade Organization (WTO) and its agreements, including the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), and the substance and status of negotiations to amend the agreements. It concentrates on the coverage of the agreements, based on their text and interpretive guidance from key dispute settlement decisions. The course also reviews the relevant economic, policy and legal aspects of the international trading system.
