Intellectual Property Seminar: Theoretical Foundations of Intellectual Property
Professor J. Cohen J.D. Seminar 442 | 3 credit hours This seminar will evaluate and compare a variety of theoretical foundations for recognizing, or refusing to recognize, legal ownership of intangible intellectual goods. Prerequisite: Copyright Law; OR Trademark and Unfair Competition Law; OR Patent Law; OR permission of instructor. Attendance is required and all enrolled and waitlisted students must attend the first class to be enrolled.
