International Commercial Arbitration
LL.M Course 882 (cross-listed) | 2 credit hours
Examines United States, foreign, and international law and practice relating to international arbitration. The course focuses on the practical aspects of arbitration, as well as legal theory. It will cover such topics as enforcing arbitration agreements, conducting arbitration proceedings, judicial oversight of arbitration, choice of law, enforcing and setting aside awards.
