John Mikhail is Professor of Law and Philosophy at Georgetown University. He is the author of a forthcoming book, Elements of Moral Cognition: Rawls' Linguistic Analogy and the Cognitive Science of Moral and Legal Judgment (Cambridge University Press, 2009).
